Patient/Family rounding, handle complaints or other issues, • Respond to unusual events, emergencies (Cardiac arrest alert, STEMI Calls, Code Sepsis, Rapid Response ) and acts as advisor, assists as necessary, • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary professional staff; facilitates an atmosphere of interactive leadership and development of collegial relationships amongst all team members., • Excellent communication skills, flexibility, clinically competent and able to make decisions quickly.
