Job DescriptionNow Hiring: Mechanical Assembly Technicians for Renewable Energy Manufacturing – Pueblo, CO Shift: 2‑2‑3 rotating schedule, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM Pay: $20–$23/hour (DOE) About the Role Step into a fast‑growing, cutting‑edge manufacturing environment that supports the clean‑energy movement. As a Mechanical Assembly Technician, you’ll play a key role in building the internal components of massive wind turbine towers. From installing platforms and ladders to integrating lighting systems and specialty hardware, you’ll be hands‑on in producing critical parts of renewable‑energy infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy physical, detail‑oriented work and want to grow within a stable and expanding industry. What You’ll Be Doing • Maintain a safe, organized, and hazard‑free work area, adhering to all safety policies., • Follow detailed production instructions and process specifications to complete daily tasks., • Assemble components using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and production drawings., • Conduct routine quality checks and correct any defects., • Operate material‑handling equipment including forklifts, fork trucks, and bogies., • Replenish consumables and ensure work areas are stocked with required materials., • Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues., • Coordinate with Team Leads and coworkers to maintain efficient workflow., • Support all plant safety, environmental, and compliance objectives.What We’re Looking For, • Experience in assembly, production, or general labor using hand and power tools., • Ability to perform inspections and handle physically demanding tasks., • Forklift operating experience., • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Preferred Qualifications, • High school diploma or GED., • 1+ year experience in heavy fabrication, construction, or industrial assembly., • Telescopic loader or fork truck certification (preferred, not required)., • Ability to read blueprints, production drawings, and technical instructions., • English proficiency (speaking, reading, understanding).
