Assists with completion of accident report as needed., • At end of each route unloads the truck ensuring proper storage of any remaining items including freezer/cooler products. Checks truck interior and dock area ensuring both areas are clean and free of any product, waste or trash items., • Completes all driver logs and paperwork associated with pick-ups, deliveries and meal invoices. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Grant Administration • Independently examine a variety of contracts, budgets and financial statements for completeness, accuracy, and conformity with applicable policies, procedures, and requirements., • Serve as department liaison to the Development team and other program staff leading the writing and submission of grants (Government and private). Collaboratively develop grant budgets consistent with organizational priorities. Compile all financial-related documents required in support of funding proposals., • Monitor budget to actual grant spending, work with program managers to ensure grants are fully and properly spent, recommend budget modifications where necessary, and seek approval from funders when needed., • Maintain compliance with all grant fund sources, including federal and state regulations.
