The bar back will assist in cleaning the bar, preparing garnishes, ensuring the bar is well stocked with napkins, straws, glassware, garnishes, and all other necessities, and taking on other duties to support the bartender and ensure that the bar operates smoothly. The General Assistant Store Leader will be the leader in charge when a Store Leader or Multi-Unit Leader is not present. The Team Leader will work a flexible schedule in conjunction with the other leaders to fully cover the needs of the business during all operating hours.
