Job Description Clinical Resources Coord - Primary Care The Registered Professional Nurse (or similar) functioning in a Clinical Resource Coordinator position cares for patients by diagnosing and treating actual or potential health problems in the ambulatory setting without discrimination to age or gender through implementation of the nursing process. Coordinates care of other disciplines, delegates tasks to other nursing staff members, supervises care and evaluates results.
