The Community Director trains, supervises and motivates on-site office personnel, and directly supervises the Maintenance Supervisor and Assistant Community Director. Job Description BASIC FUNCTION Responsible for acting in place of the Director of the Commercial & Industrial Lending (C&I) and Small Business Finance (SBF) Department.
