We seek a detail-oriented and reliable Drug and Alcohol Collector Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will conduct drug and alcohol testing in compliance with federal regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong sense of confidentiality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Perform drug and alcohol specimen collection for pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion testing. - Ensure proper handling, labeling, and documentation of specimens following strict chain-of-custody protocols. - Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming testing environment. - Adhere to all applicable regulations, including DOT guidelines and company standards. - Communicate effectively with clients, employees, and third-party administrators. - Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting as required. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred (e.g., DOT-certified collector). - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. - Flexibility to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
