Job Description LHH Recruitment is currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support property management operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and has a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative functions and supporting property managers in delivering exceptional service to tenants and stakeholders. Responsibilities: • Serve as the first point of contact for tenant inquiries, maintenance requests, and general office communications., • Schedule and coordinate property inspections, maintenance appointments, and vendor services., • Maintain and update tenant records, lease agreements, and property documentation., • Assist with rent collection processes, including issuing invoices, tracking payments, and following up on delinquencies., • Prepare and distribute notices, memos, and correspondence related to lease renewals, policy updates, and property announcements., • Support the onboarding process for new tenants, including application processing and background checks., • Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships., • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes for internal team and client meetings., • Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting for property operations., • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies related to property management.Qualifications:, • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, a plus if in property management or real estate., • Strong organizational and time-management skills., • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, Buildium)., • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion., • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.Hours:, • 9:00am-5:00pm, • Monday through FridayWorksite Type:, • 100% in officeEmployment Type:, • Direct HireBenefit offerings may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
