Duties and Responsibilities • Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and instrument components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem., • Routine maintenance on various operating CNG compressor equipment, including, but not limited to, pumps, valves, meters, rotating equipment, and various other equipment., • Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair., • Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters., • Ensures that all station equipment, including safety devices and systems are functioning properly, and reports any equipment failures to supervisor., • Performs daily walk around inspections to identify any potential risks and ensure good housekeeping standards are always maintained., • Ensures that all vendors accessing Station follow all Company Policies and Procedures., • 24 Hour on-call status required., • Must be able to travel - up to 10%., • Service existing accounts by routinely calling on customers, receiving calls from customers, and routine site visits., • Respond to emergency calls and preventative maintenance calls in an organized manner., • Responsible to book all travel and track all expenses., • Three to five years of industrial maintenance experience, troubleshooting and repairing automated equipment., • HS Diploma or Equivalent., • Coursework or certification in electronic technology preferred., • Good communication skills (written and verbal for reporting purposes); attention to detail., • Must be able to lift 60lbs., • Computer skills, schematics, • Wide range construction technology knowledge and materials, preferred.
