As a Laborer in our Protective Coatings Division, you’ll play a key role in restoring and maintaining pipeline infrastructure. You will clean and prepare structures, remove waste materials, install protective liners, and assist other craft workers. This is a physically active, outdoor job that offers steady work, teamwork, and the satisfaction of building something that lasts. No two days are the same, and you'll be part of a crew that takes pride in getting the job done right. Our crew is based in Tampa, FL, however, weekly travel will be required to various project sites. The starting pay is $17.00-$25.00 per hour depending on experience and if a CDL license is held. Candidates with enough industry or leadership experience may be able to negotiate a higher starting rate, as we are hiring for a full crew.
