About the role Mackenzie Wells Fitness is exploding. Mackenzie is one of the biggest and fastest growing fitness influencers on social media (https://www.instagram.com/mackenziewells.fit/) We're hiring a Social Media Strategist to own the creative engine behind it — someone who lives in the platforms, spots trends before they peak, and can take an idea from research to posted. This is a hands-on role, not an oversight one. You'll be writing the copy, shaping the concepts, and running the process that gets content out the door consistently. What you'll do • Live in the weeds of social — track trends, formats, sounds, competitors, and audience behavior across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and turn that research into a point of view on what we should be making, • Own the content calendar end to end: concepting, scripting, captions, hooks, and posting cadence, • Draft copy in Mackenzie's voice across posts, captions, stories, email, and campaign assets, • Run the full creative process — brief the idea, coordinate the shoot, manage revisions, ship it, • Partner closely on training and program content, translating fitness expertise into content that actually performs, • Organize and manage the editor workflow: build the pipeline, set turnaround expectations, give clear feedback, and keep edits moving, • Report on what's working — track performance, run tests, and adjust strategy based on the numbers What we're looking for • 3-5 years running social for a creator, fitness brand, or consumer brand, • Deeply online. You know why a format is working, not just that it is, • Strong writer with range — you can nail a hook, a caption, and a longer narrative post, • Comfortable owning process and deadlines without being managed, • Experience directing editors or freelancers and giving actionable creative feedback, • Fluent in Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube analytics; familiar with scheduling and project tools (Notion, Later, Asana, or similar), • Genuine interest in fitness and wellness Nice to have • Basic editing chops (CapCut, Premiere, Canva), • Experience with brand partnerships or launch campaigns, • Community management or newsletter experience Why this role Small team, real ownership. You'll shape the voice and strategy of a growing brand rather than execute someone else's plan — and see the impact of your work in the numbers every week. To apply: If selected for next steps, we will ask you to share: • Portfolio and examples of your work, • Brief 3-5 minute intro video sharing your story, experience and why you are a good fit

Role: Senior Creative Strategist Context We are an 8 figure DTC brand scaling to 9. Creative is our biggest lever. We're hiring A+ players who know how to write winning ads, find net-new angles, formats, concepts, and avatars to expand TAM, and run feedback loops that extract clear learnings from every ad. Our best strategist made $30k last month. The job in one line: run your own creative pod end to end (research the customer, find the angle, write the script, brief and manage the editors, read the results, iterate), produce net-new concepts every week that take up ad spend, and raise the bar for the strategists around you. This is a fully remote, full-time role with overlap with US Eastern time. What you'll own • 15 net-new concepts per week that take up ad spend, • Your creative pod, end to end: you own production from brief to launch, and the output of the video editors on your pod, • Managing video editors: daily check-ins, clear briefs, feedback on cuts, and making sure every editor hits their KPIs on output, turnaround, and quality, • Production timelines: concepts move from script to live ad on schedule, with no bottlenecks and nothing sitting in revisions, • Research that finds what nobody's testing yet: reviews, Reddit, comment sections, competitor ads, and post-purchase surveys, • New angles, avatars, formats, and desires that expand who we can sell to, • Feedback loops on every ad: what won, what failed, why, and what to test next, • Iterating on winners to get more spend and more life out of every concept, • Setting testing priorities with the Head of Creative Strategy: what gets tested, in what order, and why Required • 3+ years as a direct response marketer in-house at a DTC brand or at a creative agency, • Multiple personal winners: scripts you wrote that spent $500K+ in ad spend, • Experience managing video editors or a creative production team, and holding them to output and quality KPIs, • Deep understanding of consumer psychology. You can explain why an ad won or failed., • Obsessed with studying ads Bonus: • Experience in the DTC beauty space Who we hire • Researcher-writer, in that order. You live in Reddit threads, reviews, and comment sections until you find the pain nobody's saying out loud, then write hooks in the customer's own words. Ads are made in the research, not the edit., • Direct response skills. You think in hooks, awareness levels, angles, and avatars, not aesthetics. You can explain why an ad won mechanically., • Proven winners. You've personally produced ads that spent real money profitably, at a brand or agency doing $1M+/mo on Meta. Authorship verified, not "was on the team.", • Reads your own data. Fluent in hook rate, hold rate, CPA, and ROAS, and makes your own kill/iterate calls without a media buyer translating., • Runs a tight pod. You hold editors accountable to deadlines and quality, give direct feedback, and fix production problems before they cost us a week., • Makes others better. You can look at a junior's script, say exactly why it won't work, and show them how to fix it., • Radically coachable. You take a brutal ad critique and come back with a better version, not a defense. Non-negotiable., • Volume-capable. 15 net-new concepts per week, every week, without quality collapsing. Obsession receipts: a swipe file you keep unprompted, and breakdowns you do on your own time. Comp $8–10k/mo + performance bonus 3% of ad spend for winners at KPI Career Growth Path Senior Creative Strategist → Lead Creative Strategist → Head of Creatives → CMO How to apply Send a 3-minute Loom covering: • Your best ad: the research trail behind it and how much it spent, • A time you helped another strategist or writer land a winner, • Your current role

You will work closely with the Data Center business lead, leadership, and underwriting team and as the business scales, we expect this person to take on full strategic ownership of data center marketing. Your mission in the first 12 months is to nail the positioning, build the intellectual credibility of the product, and ultimately take complete strategic control of marketing initiatives for the data center business unit. What You Will Do Your time will be split across three areas, weighted toward strategy and content: Product Messaging & Positioning: Build a deep understanding of our buyers, including CFOs, CIOs, CISOs, and infrastructure fund investors. Develop positioning and messaging that makes a parametric insurance product easy to grasp for each of them, and make the case for why an SLA breach is a real threat to revenue, asset valuation, and debt covenants. Content Strategy & Credibility: Turn underwriting data, technical SLA frameworks, and financial risk models into white papers, research reports, case studies, and thought leadership for executive and investor audiences. You will be the team’s lead writer and a recognizable expert voice on infrastructure downtime risk. Sales & Broker Enablement: Give our sales team and broker partners the pitch decks, one-pagers, objection handling, and training they need to introduce Parametrix to their infrastructure clients. Who You Are • The Translator: You have a rare ability to take highly technical concepts (like data center power constraints and performance SLAs) and translate them into compelling financial and strategic arguments for business executives., • The Strategic Writer: You love writing and building content. You don't just write blog posts; you build comprehensive economic arguments, deeply researched guides, and frameworks that define an industry., • The Future Leader: You are comfortable being an execution powerhouse today, with the ambition and capability to take full operational and strategic ownership of this product line’s marketing as we grow. Requirements • 4–7 years in product marketing, or in a closely related role such as content strategy or market research, at a B2B company selling to enterprise or institutional buyers., • A portfolio of long-form content (white papers, research reports, executive briefs) written for senior business or financial audiences., • Comfort with financial concepts. You can explain how SLAs, downtime, and operational risk translate into revenue, valuation, or financing impact., • Based in the New York City area and able to work from our office Nice to Have • Experience in data center, cloud infrastructure, or other critical-infrastructure markets., • Experience in commercial insurance or insurtech, or marketing risk-transfer and other complex financial products. • Familiarity with infrastructure investing, such as data center REITs, infrastructure funds, or project finance. You Might Be Coming From We know few people have every part of this background. You might be a product marketer at a data center or critical-infrastructure company, a marketer at an insurtech, fintech, or commercial insurance broker, or a writer or analyst from the infrastructure investing world who is ready to move into marketing. If you have most of what we are looking for and the rest excites you, we would like to hear from you.
