What You'll Achieve: Elevate Portfolio Performance & Financial Health • Spearhead the management and monitoring of an assigned portfolio, driving key metrics in delinquency reduction, cost of risk, and late fee collection., • Champion accurate and timely invoicing and payments by deeply understanding customer processes, fostering strong partnerships with Transaction Support, adhering to best practices, and strategically leveraging internal resources., • Conduct proactive, regular reviews of active and matured accounts to guarantee billing and collection integrity., • Design, document, and implement bespoke billing and collection solutions that optimize client outcomes. Cultivate Strategic Relationships & Drive Growth • Forge and nurture robust, long-term working relationships with key customer and vendor stakeholders., • Act as a vital collaborator with internal teams (Transaction Support, Credit, Middle Office, Sales, Finance) to ensure synergistic support for our clients., • Ensure a seamless and positive onboarding experience for all new customer relationships., • Proactively identify and eliminate aged balances, maintaining consistent follow-up and driving resolution., • Strategically manage maturing contracts, anticipating needs and facilitating smooth transitions, lease endings, and asset dispositions., • Serve as a trusted problem-solver for all customer inquiries and issues, delivering clear communication, unwavering follow-through, and efficient resolutions., • Partner closely with Transaction Support to streamline cash application, reconciliations, invoicing, and rebookings., • Maintain impeccable and comprehensive documentation of all collection and portfolio management activities. Enhance Vendor & Customer Partnerships • Lead the charge in managing and expanding operational relationships with key vendors and customers by orchestrating and facilitating impactful review calls on portfolio performance, delinquencies, and strategic accounts, building collaborative partnerships, and ensuring crystal-clear alignment on servicing expectations. Drive Insightful Reporting & Analytics • Author compelling monthly/quarterly collection activity reports, providing actionable insights for assigned portfolios., • Contribute significantly to high-level portfolio review meetings (e.g., Mid-Month Delinquency, Watch List, Doubtful accounts), presenting findings and strategic recommendations., • Articulate the drivers behind late payments and present clear, actionable plans with realistic timelines for resolution to Back Office and Risk Management leadership., • Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities and contributing to advancements in reporting and portfolio analytics. What You Bring to the Table (Qualifications): • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, demonstrating a solid foundation for strategic thinking., • You have a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in one or more of these critical areas: Collections, Portfolio Management, Accounts Receivable, Invoicing, Lease/Loan Servicing, or Recovery Strategies across diverse portfolios., • You possess a deep understanding of collections, invoicing, cash application, account reconciliation, and AP processes., • You have a proven ability to analyze complex portfolio performance and delinquency metrics, translating data into clear, actionable insights and strategic plans., • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills are a hallmark of your work, allowing you to connect effectively with both internal teams and external clients., • You demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, maintain robust documentation practices, and excel at managing multiple priorities with precision., • Your approach is fundamentally customer-focused, you are a natural problem-solver, and you thrive in a collaborative, ownership-oriented work environment. The salary range for this position will be between $90,000 - $105,000. BPCE Equipment Solutions is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, and skill set, as well as other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package, and BPCE Equipment Solutions also offers a generous benefits package.
