Responsibilities include but are not limited to overall cleaning of the building, wiping down counters/tables, garbage pickup and removal, maintaining the cleanliness of offices, conference rooms, lobbies, and other public areas such as break rooms and restrooms. Basic knowledge of housekeeping techniques, proper use of maintenance and housekeeping equipment. Possession of a clean valid NYS Driver's License desirable but not required.
