The Senior Investment Operations Analyst will conduct portfolio accounting, support trade operations, perform reconciliations, and promote strong vendor relations. Clears stoppages, • Performs HVAC troubleshooting and servicing including cleaning units/replacing filters, • Makes repairs to damaged sheetrock and plaster. Sands and paints as necessary, • Repairs/replaces windows, doors, locks and flooring; assembles/repairs/installs room furniture, • Repairs any client damage to rooms, furniture or room fixtures, • Responsible for all mechanical work on room turnovers and for work orders for occupied rooms, • Completes preventative maintenance checklists as directed by Supervisor, • May assist as needed with transfers or packing and storing of residents’ belongings, • In the absence of Custodian/Driver, performs all necessary custodial duties, • In the absence of Custodian/Driver, drives agency vehicles to transport clients and materials High School Diploma or GED with English and Math skills required.
