Job Description Job Summary: The Maintenance Technician/Custodian is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the service department within the dealership. Their job is to uphold the health and safety of a building’s occupants by ensuring proper sanitation and a clean work environment. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Additional duties as assigned) • Cleans the interior of buildings including floors, carpet, rugs, windows and walls, • Shampooing and or vacuuming rugs and carpets, using equipment, commercial vacuums, floor buffers and carpet cleaners, • Collecting and taking out trash and recycling, • Paint and clean up walls as needed, • Sanitizing restroom facilities, • Ordering cleaning supplies as needed and maintaining a thorough inventory, • Be familiar with SDS location and information.
