Job DescriptionCustomer Support RepresentativeLHH Recruitment is working with a company near Mesa who is in search of a customer support representative to join their team on a full time basis. This job is fully onsite, Monday-Friday 6am-3pm or 7am-4pm. The hourly rate is between 19/hr-21/hr In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries via phone and email. You’ll help resolve issues, provide product or service information, and ensure a positive customer experience from start to finish. What You’ll Do: • Answer inbound customer calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner, • Assist with order status, product information, billing questions, and basic troubleshooting, • Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately, • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are fully resolved, • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary, • Maintain knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures, • Deliver exceptional service that reflects our commitment to customer satisfactionWhat We’re Looking For:, • Previous experience in customer service (phone and/or email support preferred), • Strong written and verbal communication skills, • Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and emails, • Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure, • Proficient with basic computer systems and email platforms, • A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour Search managed by: Cassandra Nienow Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
