Job Description Our law office is growing fast, and we’re searching for a full-time in-person legal intake specialist to help us succeed! You’ll serve as the compassionate voice of our law firm, fielding inbound calls from prospective clients in their time of need, screening and surveying for potential cases, and helping our lawyers manage their meetings. Compensation: $20 - $26 hourly Responsibilities: • Take charge of various office tasks such as email correspondence, document management, data organization, and research to make sure our firm is running at peak efficiency, • Survey potential clients to determine the right fit with our practice, while listening to all phone calls in an empathetic manner, • Manage attorney schedules, including prospective client consultations, to foster caseload growth, • Supervise new client onboarding and current client files through data entry and paperwork collection to ensure our cases are managed efficiently This position is the first point of contact for clients and plays an important role in maintaining the professional and organized environment our firm is known for. This role is ideal for someone who already has law office experience and understands the importance of professionalism, organization, and confidentiality in a legal environment. Responsibilities Client Communication • Answer incoming calls and greet clients professionally, • Schedule and coordinate consultations, • Communicate with potential new clients regarding appointments and required information, • Schedule consultations and collect consultation payments, • Send intake forms and consultation confirmations, • Prepare consultation files for attorneys, • Maintain an organized and professional front office, • Manage office inventory and supplies, • Prepare meeting spaces and assist with client hospitality, • Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information, • Understand and respect the attorney-client privilege, • Prepare and send retainer agreements, • Assist with client correspondence and follow-up, • Maintain organized records and task tracking, • High school diploma or GED is a requirement; Bachelor’s degree is a plus, • Previous customer service or sales experience preferred, • Previous experience with CRM and case management software desired This position is the first point of contact for clients and plays an important role in maintaining the professional and organized environment our firm is known for.
