Job Description Description Shock Tech Inc is seeking a driven and technically minded Account Manager to grow our industrial market segment, while also supporting sales efforts in the aerospace, defense, and space markets. This role is responsible for managing customer relationships, developing new business, and collaborating closely with engineering and internal teams to deliver innovative shock and vibration custom solutions. The ideal candidate has experience selling technical and engineered products, understands complex customer requirements, and is comfortable working across multiple market segments. Skills Sales, Account management, business development, engineering documentation Top Skills Details Sales,Account management,business development,engineering documentation Additional Skills & Qualifications Required: • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 3+ years of sales experience in industrial, manufacturing, or engineered products. • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts and solutions. • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and accounts. Preferred: • Experience selling into aerospace, defense, or space markets. • Familiarity with shock, noise, vibration mechanical isolation systems. • Experience working with OEMs and technical buying teams. • Knowledge of government or defense contracting environments.
