Were a locally owned and operated Allstate agency right here in Defiance, Ohio, and were hiring a motivated Licensed Customer Service Professional to join our team in our Defiance office. This is a part-time, in-office only position (no remote work). Were looking for someone who can work 1525 hours per week, Monday through Friday during regular business hours. The exact schedule and weekly hours are flexible and can be adjusted week-to-week to fit your life. With us, youll deliver outstanding customer service while helping grow the agency through cross-selling and building strong, long-term relationships in the Defiance community. You will use your insurance knowledge to educate customers, offer the right Allstate products, and provide trusted advice that protects families and assets.
