We are seeking a results-driven, detail-oriented IT Specialist & Administrative Operations Liaison to manage technology infrastructure, support operational functions, and oversee reporting requirements. Position Summary This hybrid role of IT Specialist and Administrative Operations Liaison manages daily, weekly and monthly IT operations across the organization, ensuring seamless integration of all IT and technology systems. This role combines system administration, technical support, compliance monitoring, operational reporting and misc. administrative and supportive duties. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and able to balance both roles and multiple functions. The candidate will be hands-on technical troubleshooting with higher-level system oversight, compliance monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration. In addition to performance, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the company. Key Responsibilities IT Systems & Technical Support * Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and user accounts. * Administer VOIP/call center phone systems, mobile device management, and Google Admin Console. * Provide onsite and remote technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues. * Oversee and maintain business-critical platforms (G Suite/Office 365, VMware MDM, 8x8, ADT, Lytx). * Manage company hardware inventory, drivers, printers, and software updates. * Ensure system security and compliance with HIPAA, Medi-Cal, and reporting standards. * Complete month-end IT and reporting responsibilities. Administrative & Operational Support * Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, including operational metrics, billing, and YTD closings. * Assist with billing, reconciliation, and compliance documentation (e.g., CMS 1500s, Medi-Cal). * Track, audit, and analyze operational data for quality assurance and decision-making. * Support administrators with operational projects and provide staff training on IT tools. * Participate in staff meetings, training, and special projects. * Research and respond to requests from management and internal departments. * Maintain cooperative relationships with employees, vendors, clients, and service providers. * Other duties, tasks and responsibilities as assigned by your direct supervisor.. Technology Optimization & Projects * Research, recommend, and implement technology upgrades. * Configure and install new hardware and systems. * Manage credentialing, access control, and IT security policies. * Coordinate with external vendors (ISPs, hosting, domains, ticketing systems, etc.). * Support dispatch software platforms and transport-related technologies. Qualifications * Minimum 2 years of IT support, systems administration, or related experience. * Degree in IT-related field (preferred). * Proficiency in networking, system monitoring, and device management. * Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (macros, analysis, reporting). * Familiarity with transport dispatch software (preferred). * Hands-on experience with VMware MDM, Office 365, G Suite, 8x8, ADT, Lytx, and VOIP services. * Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. Schedule & Work Environment * Full-time, onsite position in Lancaster, CA. * Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST.
