Job Description Position Overview: Paraprofessional The Lancaster School District is seeking dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessional's to support students with diverse learning and behavioral needs within a school-based setting. The Paraprofessional's will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), School Psychologist, and/or Special Education team to implement behavior intervention strategies, support academic engagement, and promote positive student outcomes.
