Job Description Manufacturing Operator (3rd Shift) Location: Windsor, CO Schedule: Monday–Friday | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM Shift Differential & Quarterly Bonus Eligible Job Summary The Manufacturing Operator II is responsible for executing manufacturing operations in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and production records. This role supports sterile injectable manufacturing through equipment operation, material handling, cleaning, troubleshooting, and documentation while maintaining a strong focus on quality, safety, and process optimization. Key Responsibilities • Perform manufacturing activities according to SOPs and batch records with a Right the First Time mindset., • Accurately document data in notebooks and production records, including calculations and results., • Issue bulk materials and perform facility and equipment cleaning to maintain a cGMP-compliant environment., • Serve as a second checker to ensure accuracy and compliance of batch records and production activities., • Set up, operate, disassemble, clean, and maintain complex production and sterile bulking equipment., • Troubleshoot equipment and process issues with increasing independence and technical judgment., • Support maintenance activities such as filter testing, pressure hold testing, SIP/VHP, autoclave, and milling., • Perform visual and physical inspections of in-process and finished products, including 100% syringe inspections., • Assist with formulation of bulk materials and operation of semi-automatic syringe filling equipment., • Perform biological sampling of cleanroom manufacturing areas., • Participate in deviation investigations, continuous improvement initiatives, and process optimization efforts., • Handle hazardous materials and cleaning agents in accordance with safety policies and procedures., • Complete required annual hazardous waste training., • Train and mentor Manufacturing Operators and Technicians within the Specialty Injectables team., • Maintain logbooks, production documentation, and regulatory records accurately and consistently., • Act as a liaison between Operations and Maintenance teams to support timely issue resolution.Essential Skills & Qualifications, • Working knowledge of cGMP regulations and sterile manufacturing environments., • Strong computer skills and proficiency with basic software applications., • Effective verbal and written communication skills., • Solid understanding of basic math and documentation practices., • Ability to read and execute technical drawings., • Basic knowledge of machine operations., • Strong understanding of product quality and equipment performance.Education & Experience Requirements, • High school diploma or GED required., • STEM Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience., • Non-STEM degree with 1+ year of technical/manufacturing experience, OR, • Technical Associate’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, OR, • High school diploma/GED with 4+ years of technical/manufacturing experience., • Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent preferred.Physical Requirements, • Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours)., • Ability to wear a respirator for up to 4 hours., • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
