Role: Solutions Engagement Lead Role Description The Solutions Engagement Lead at Atlas is accountable for operationalizing, scaling, and continuously improving delivery across managed services and strategic engagements. This role is a cornerstone of Atlas’ Delivery Scaling pillar and ensures that what we sell is executed predictably, consistently, and at scale. You will lead one or more client-facing managed services while also supporting internal execution management, delivery standards, and a reporting and automation factory across the Strategic Solutions portfolio. This role goes beyond managing workstreams. You are building systems, aligning people, process, tools, and data to reduce execution friction and enable growth. You will partner closely with Strategic Solutions leadership, client partners, and delivery teams to protect quality, implement automations, and enable scalable delivery models. Key Responsibilities Delivery Scaling & Managed Services Leadership • Lead and operate one or more client-facing managed services, ensuring predictable delivery, SLA performance, and client satisfaction, • Support Managed Services maturity and standardization across our pharma clients., • Design and improve intake, demand management, staffing, and steady-state operating models thorough standardized playbooks, • Drive process improvements, drive automation opportunities, and AI augmented efficiency., • Drive consistency across services while allowing for client-specific nuance Internal Execution Management • Support internal execution management once deals are signed, • Ensure clarity on scope, milestones, roles, governance, and success metrics, • Track execution readiness, risks, dependencies, and delivery health, • Reduce rework and delivery friction Reporting Factory, Automation & AI Enablement • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for managed services and delivery performance, • Standardize operational, financial, and executive-level reporting, • Use Power Automate to automate workflows such as intake routing, approvals, reporting refreshes, and cross-system notifications, • Leverage automation and AI-enabled tools (e.g., Power Automate, Copilot, RPA, GenAI) to streamline delivery operations, generate insights, reduce manual effort, and improve service efficiency and quality at scale Team Engagement & Enablement • Facilitate Managed Services Team (employees/consultant) engagement, onboarding, and steady-state enablement, • Support surveys, feedback loops, and continuous improvement mechanisms, • Partner with delivery leaders on utilization trends, performance insights, and skill gaps, • Reinforce delivery standards and expectations across teams Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement • Own SLAs, KPIs, escalation management, and service governance and reporting., • Drive documentation, process standardization, and repeatable delivery models, • Apply analytics, automation, and AI thoughtfully to improve reliability, transparency, and outcomes Experience • 4 - 6 years of experience in consulting, managed services, or operational leadership roles, preferably in life sciences or regulated industries, • Proven experience leading long-running managed services or steady-state delivery programs, • Demonstrated ownership of service performance, including SLAs, KPIs, financials, and client satisfaction, • Experience leading blended onshore/offshore teams, • Background in client-facing environments requiring reliability, transparency, and consistency Required Skills • Managed services operations and delivery leadership, • Internal SOW execution support and delivery governance, • Demand planning, intake management, and capacity modeling, • SLA and KPI design, tracking, and governance, • Power BI dashboard creation and reporting standardization, • Power Automate workflow automation (intake, approvals, reporting, notifications), • Familiarity with automation and AI tools (e.g., Copilot, RPA, GenAI) applied to operations, • Team engagement, utilization awareness, conflict resolution, and enablement, • Financial forecasting, run-rate tracking, and margin awareness, • Risk, issue, and escalation management, • Process documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement mindset Nice to Have • Experience supporting Pharma Commercial, R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, or Market Access functions, • Exposure to Centers of Excellence or shared service models, • Experience standing up or scaling managed services from pilot to steady state, • Expertise with tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, ServiceNow, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms Soft Skills • Strong executive presence and operational credibility, • Clear, confident communicator who sets expectations and manages service conversations, • Calm, decisive leader who thrives in production delivery environments, • Highly organized with a strong bias toward consistency, accountability and follow-through every single day, • Collaborative team player who builds trust across strategy, sales, and delivery, • Emotionally intelligent and adaptable during growth and change Join Our Team at Atlas Atlas is a global strategic consulting firm, focused on the Life Sciences industry.
