Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day office operations., • Answer and manage inbound calls with professionalism and courtesy., • Schedule client appointments., • Collect and enter client tax documents., • 1+ year Tax Administrative experience preferred, • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail, • Excellent customer service and communication skills both written and verbal, • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
