Benefits: • Medical: Company pays 100% of the base plan for the employee and family, • Dental & Vision, • 401(k) with employer matching, • Accrued Paid Time Off, • 9 Paid Holidays Your work will include: • Supporting executive business reviews (EBRs) and client check-ins through scheduling, preparation, data analysis, and follow-up, • Monitoring client health trends and surfacing risks or opportunities using dashboards and reports, • Helping drive resolution for client issues, disputes, and escalations across teams, • Supporting onboarding, renewals, invoicing, and client communications using Endsight best practices, • Collaborating with Finance, Professional Services, Support, and Sales to ensure a cohesive client experience, • Take pride in helping clients and teammates succeed, • Enjoy organizing information, managing follow-through, and improving processes, • Communicate clearly, calmly, and professionally—especially when stakes are high, • Are comfortable working with data, systems, and structured workflows, • Like collaborating across teams and building trusted relationships, • Client success, account coordination, or service delivery roles, • MSP, SaaS, or professional services environments, • Strong organizational and follow-up skills, • Experience working in CRM and/or PSA tools, • Confidence managing recurring workflows (reporting, scheduling, invoicing support, escalations), • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Work with a collaborative, purpose-driven team, • Build skills in client strategy, analytics, and cross-functional leadership, • Make a direct impact on client retention and satisfaction If you’re ready to grow your impact, sharpen your client strategy skills, and help organizations thrive through thoughtful execution and collaboration—we’d love to meet you.
