Job Description The Job Change Coordinator will have an impact on job change efficiency, plant revenue, machine downtime, and the overall plant budget. The Job Change Coordinator will: • Manage and improve the job change efficiency and process to increase plant revenue., • Recommend and implement initiatives that will improve productivity and quality., • Establish training programs and effective job change meeting structure., • Optimize scheduling of preventative maintenance during job changes to maximize production., • Perform root-cause analysis to resolve issues and problems., • Ability to lead efforts to improve safety during job change activities., • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with particular attention to detail, • Experience in a lean manufacturing environment and using Lean Six Sigma tools., • Strong background in process improvement and project management, • Ability and comfort providing training to all levels within an organizationQualifications, • High School Diploma or GED required, • 3-5 years experience project management and/or process improvement experience in a manufacturing environment, • Proficient in MS Office, with the ability to learn new systems and programs, • Experience writing standard operating procedures and creating standard working documents, • Previous experience with production planning is preferred, • Previous glass container manufacturing experience is preferred, particularly glass forming experience Additional Information What We Offer: Salary Range: The expected salary range for this position is between $87,000 and $120,000 and includes a possible 12% short term incentive bonus. Actual pay will be adjusted based upon candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
