As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll also help individuals access community resources, educational programs, vocational opportunities, and recreational activities. Direct Support Professionals provide essential daily support, assisting with transportation, and personal care while ensuring that care plans, medications, and guidelines are followed with precision and attention to detail. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM, with some planned evenings and weekends Pay Rate: $17.92 - $18.67 per hour + based on experience! Location: 180 North Street, Auburn, NY Direct Support Professional (DSP) Qualifications: Knowledge of the arts and music, and creative teaching skills High School diploma or equivalent required Minimally one year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities or an associate degree in human services or related field is required. A Valid Driver's License is required.
