What We Offer • State-of-the-Art Infant Classrooms: Our immersive, developmentally appropriate classrooms include the latest early childhood education materials, technology, and resources designed to support infant growth, sensory exploration, and early developmental milestones., • Professional Growth & Training: We provide ongoing ECE training, professional development, tuition reimbursement, and leadership pathways to help you advance your career as an early childhood educator., • Competitive Compensation & Benefits: Enjoy comprehensive healthcare benefits, competitive pay, and performance-based bonuses.Key Responsibilities (Infant Lead Teacher), • Design Engaging Infant Lesson Plans: Create nurturing, age-appropriate learning experiences based on early childhood development best practices, including tummy time, sensory play, language development, and milestone-focused activities., • Maintain Safe & Happy Environments: Ensure a clean, safe, organized, and emotionally supportive infant classroom aligned with all childcare licensing regulations and center policies., • Monitor Infant Growth & Development: Observe and track developmental milestones (cognitive, social-emotional, fine/gross motor) and celebrate each childs progress., • Communicate with Families Daily: Build strong partnerships with families by sharing updates, photos, and cheerful moments through our mobile app and daily communication tools., • Collaborate with Teaching Staff: Work closely with assistant teachers and other infant educators to ensure a warm, engaging, and consistent learning environment., • Health, Safety, & Care Routines: Perform essential caregiving tasks such as feeding, diapering, nurturing, comforting, and maintaining consistent routines that support each childs well-being.Qualifications, • 2+ years of experience as an Infant Lead Teacher or similar role in a licensed childcare, daycare, or early childhood education center., • Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field preferred; High School Diploma/GED required., • Knowledge of state and local childcare licensing requirements, infant safety standards, and appropriate classroom ratios., • Strong understanding of infant development, responsive caregiving, and early learning best practices.
