Job DescriptionDescription: Team Member – Wing It On! At Wing It On!, we’re all about flavor, energy, and opportunity! Position Overview: Our Team Members are the heart of Wing It On! whether working up front with guests or behind the scenes in the kitchen. Team Members are cross-trained to ensure smooth operations, excellent guest experiences, and a strong, supportive team culture. From taking orders and running the register to preparing fresh food and maintaining kitchen safety, this role is fast-paced, hands-on, and full of variety. Key Responsibilities: Guest Service / Front of House (FOH): • Greet and interact with guests in a friendly, enthusiastic manner, • Assist guests with menu selections and process orders accurately through the POS system, • Accept and process payments (cash, credit cards, and gift cards), • Pack and check food orders for accuracy and quality, • Support delivery drivers and manage third-party pickup orders, • Maintain clean and stocked dining and service areas, • Stay informed about current promotions and menu items, • Set up and stock kitchen stations with ingredients and supplies, • Follow prep sheets and recipes to prepare ingredients for service, • Cook and assemble food items to order while maintaining high quality and consistency, • Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards at all times, • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and effectively, • Run and maintain the dishwasher when needed, • Communicate and cooperate with team members and management, • Follow all safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures, • Be flexible and willing to assist in any area of the restaurant, • Must be at least 18 years old, • High energy, guest-focused, and team-oriented, • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask, • Calm and friendly under pressure, • Able to follow instructions and standard operating procedures, • Knowledge of basic cooking techniques, safety, and sanitation preferred, • Must meet all state and local food safety certification requirements, • Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 lb., • Must be capable of constant walking, standing, and repeated stooping, • Must have manual dexterity and be able to reach hands and arms in all directions and be able to perform twisting motions with wrists., • Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to co-workers and managers., • Must be able to engage in a two-way conversation with the customer on the floor., • Must have the ability to read and/or follow verbal instructions and implement the same., • Must be capable of applying common sense and understanding to carry out oral and/or written instructions., • Must understand and adhere to service standards.
