Job Description This role sits within Klick’s growing influence capability and supports operational partnerships with creators and other influencers across client portfolios. The Associate Director, Strategy works closely with fellow strategists and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and effective influencer programs. The role balances strategic perspective with hands-on operational leadership. It requires comfort navigating evolving influence models while ensuring rigor, governance, and executional excellence. What You’ll Do • Lead the execution of influencer partnerships across healthcare client portfolios, overseeing vetting, contracting, content development, and regulatory review with internal teams and external partners, • Develop and manage influencer rosters aligned to client objectives, audience needs, and platform dynamics across social ecosystems, • Partner with Strategy, Media, Social, and Client teams to integrate influencer programs into broader marketing ecosystems including paid media and search, • Document, standardize, and scale influencer operations best practices through playbooks, workflows, and team training, • Identify and implement AI-enabled tools or processes to improve efficiency, governance, and scalability of influencer operationsQualifications Required: • 5–7+ years of experience managing creator or influencer partnerships end-to-end, including contracting, content development, and ongoing relationship management, • Demonstrated experience leading influencer operations across multiple brands or portfolios, with ownership of workflows, governance, and execution quality, • Proven ability to integrate influencer programs into broader marketing ecosystems, including social platforms, paid media, and search, • Experience developing and socializing scalable processes or best practices (e.g., SOPs, playbooks, training) across teams or clients, • Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done, • Experience working within healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other regulated marketing environments, • Exposure to emerging platforms, evolving influence models, or new partnership structures Additional Information Our Commitment to Inclusion Klick uses an AI-powered tool as part of an automated process to support our hiring process by analyzing your experience, skills, and qualifications to help identify alignment with role requirements.
