Job DescriptionPrimary Job Title: Agile Delivery ManagerAlternate/Related Job Titles: • Agile Delivery Lead, • Scrum Delivery Manager, • Technical Delivery Manager, • Agile Program Manager, • Position Type: Contract, • Contract Duration: 12 months, • Start: As Soon As Possible, • Drive day-to-day delivery flow across multiple squads ensuring commitments are met and blockers are resolved, • Support Product Delivery Managers in maintaining backlogs, sprint goals, and forecasting, • Ensure adherence to engineering and operational standards including Definition of Ready/Done and DevSecOps practices, • Facilitate agile ceremonies including planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives, • Manage cross-team dependencies and track them to resolution, • Maintain delivery visibility, aligning sequencing, capacity, and risks, • Support integration across engineering, platform, architecture, and tooling teams, • Provide accurate delivery reporting to stakeholders and leadership, • Ensure data accuracy in tools such as Jira and Clarity, • Track risks, issues, and impediments with clear mitigation plansRequired Experience:, • Proven experience delivering technology products using agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean), • Experience managing multiple squads or workstreams, • Strong leadership experience managing global teams and mentoring less experienced members, • Experience working in complex, high-throughput or time-critical environments, • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, • Data-driven approach using metrics and tools to improve delivery outcomesNice-to-Have Experience:, • Experience with RealTime systems or low latency engineering, • Background in financial markets or market data environments, • Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and platform engineering, • Experience managing multi-vendor delivery environments, • Agile certifications such as Scrum Master or Kanban PractitionerRequired Skills:, • Agile delivery management, • Stakeholder communication, • Dependency and risk managementPreferred Skills:, • DevSecOps and CI/CD knowledge, • Data-driven reporting and metrics analysis, • Jira, Clarity, and delivery tools, • Cross-functional leadershipAdditional Skills:, • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, • Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders, • Experience translating business strategy into digital products, • Strong work ethic and team collaboration, • Coaching teams on agile practices and continuous improvement, • Promoting transparency, accountability, and product-led cultureBenefits:, • Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans #LI-GTT #LI-Hybrid #gttjobsCompany DescriptionGlobal Technical Talent is a subsidiary of Chenega Corporation () with over 1.3 billion US$ in revenue and 5800 US employees.
