The Opportunity: A Project Delivery Manager (PDM) is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of a Markaaz Data Study or Product Delivery project, from Customer Signature to completion, ensuring it's delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. They act as a central point of contact, coordinating with various teams and stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes, including customer, Product, Data and Sales. What You’ll Do: Technical Enablement & Support • Act as the technical advisor for customers, guiding integration, configuration, and best practices., • Troubleshoot technical challenges across APIs, data flows, and platform usage., • Coordinate cross-functional resolution of complex technical issues with Product, Engineering, and Support teams., • Proactively identify technical risks and lead mitigation efforts., • Help build and refine customer onboarding, adoption, and escalation playbooks., • Collect and deliver customer feedback into product, support, and technical roadmaps., • Help shape customer health scoring models by combining business outcomes and technical metrics., • Build scalable playbooks, templates, and workflows that raise the customer experience bar., • Act as the voice of the customer across Product, Engineering, and Strategy., • Contribute to the development of customer success methodologies, toolsets, and lifecycle programs., • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in customer success and project management, • Bachelor’s degree required, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, • Experience with Jira and Confluence preferred, • Product Management Certification (PMC) is a plus, • Comfortable working with technical concepts and terminology; prior experience in product-focused roles is a bonus, • Must be authorized to legally work for any employer in the US and be willing to submit background checks., • We are a mission-driven team doing meaningful work, • Diverse, collaborative, positive culture where we celebrate successes!, • Generous annual paid time off:, • US: 160 hours of PTO, 11 paid holidays, 80 paid sick hours., • Variety of Medical, Dental, Vision, Supplemental Insurances, STD, LTD., • Retirement Savings with a 3% company contribution., • Stock Options after successful completion of introductory period. We offer a competitive salary for this role, along with a comprehensive benefits package. The salary range for this position is $120,000 – $140,000, depending on experience and geographical location and is eligible for a 10% Bonus determined by company performance to annual goals. Competencies: To perform the essential functions of this position and the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies. * Project Planning & Execution: Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with project objectives and stakeholder expectations. * Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks that could impact project delivery * Resource Management: Managing project resources, including human resources, budget, and technology, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization * Stakeholder Communication: Maintaining clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management, providing updates and addressing concerns. * Quality Assurance: Ensuring projects meet quality standards and client expectations, implementing quality control measures and addressing issues promptly. * Performance Tracking: Monitoring project progress against planned timelines and budgets, identifying deviations and taking corrective actions * Team Leadership & Collaboration: Leading and motivating project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective communication among team members. * Change Management: Managing changes to project scope, timeline, and budget, ensuring they are properly documented and communicated. * Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving issues that may arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring the project remains on track.
