Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Environmental business unit and support key business functions. This role will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, overseeing financial processes, assisting with proposal writing, and maintaining budgets to ensure efficiency and productivity within the organization. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with experience in business administration, accounting, and office operations. Key Responsibilities: • Manage office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functionality and optimizing workflows., • Handle accounts payable/receivable, reconcile financial statements, process payroll, and manage expense tracking., • Draft, edit, and review proposals, contracts, and business documents to support company initiatives., • Develop and monitor budgets, track expenditures, and provide financial insights to leadership., • Oversee vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and manage office supplies and services., • Identify and implement office efficiencies, technology solutions, and best practices., • Ensure adherence to company policies, maintain accurate records, and support regulatory compliance. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience)., • 3+ years of experience in office management, administration, or a similar role., • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)., • Strong writing and communication skills, with experience drafting business proposals or reports., • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities., • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently., • Experience with budgeting, financial planning, and contract negotiations is a plus.
