Job DescriptionDescription: Children’s Safari Private School Reports To: Executive Director Position Summary The Program Support Specialist (Floater Teacher) provides flexible classroom and operational support across the school. This role assists teachers in maintaining safe, engaging, and well-managed learning environments while helping ensure classrooms remain in ratio and daily program operations run smoothly. The Program Support Specialist may work with multiple age groups throughout the day and supports classroom transitions, coverage for staff breaks or absences, and general program needs. This role is essential in maintaining consistency, supervision, and high-quality care for all scholars. Job DescriptionWe are seeking an energetic, reliable, and versatile Youth Instructor to join our team for the summer. If you love working and playing with kids, then this would be a position for you to make a lot of positive impact. Even better if you love soccer and or are looking to work in the medical field, but this is secondary, so don't stress if you've never kicked a ball. This role blends hands-on instruction for children ages 1to 12 with key responsibilities in marketing, sales, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is passionate about youth development, highly organized, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a dynamic enrichment environment. Key Responsibilities & Requirements Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, nanny, youth leader, or camp leader), and genuinely enjoys children. This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development.
