In this role, you'll conduct foot and mobile patrols, monitor CCTV systems, and implement theft prevention strategies. You'll greet customers courteously, address concerns professionally, and collaborate with store management to ensure compliance with loss prevention policies. Additionally, you'll respond promptly to emergencies, document incidents thoroughly, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for shoppers and staff alike.
