Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with experience in the tech industry. The ideal candidate will excel at maintaining accurate records, updating service call logs, and supporting daily operational needs. This role requires strong organization, excellent communication, and the ability to produce precise, high-quality work with minimal oversight. Key Responsibilities • Update, maintain, and verify accuracy of service call records and related documentation., • Prepare, edit, and organize internal and external documents with strict attention to detail., • Support daily administrative operations, including scheduling, filing, data entry, and document management., • Assist with generating reports and ensuring all information aligns with company standards and protocols., • Collaborate with technicians, management, and other team members to ensure smooth workflow., • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems., • Provide administrative support for onboarding tasks, including assisting with account setup coordination, documenting onboarding steps, and ensuring all required forms, credentials, and system access details are accurately recorded and communicated., • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the team and operations. Required Skills & Qualifications • Detail-oriented with the ability to produce accurate, error-free deliverables requiring minimal editing., • Ability to closely follow company standards, processes, and quality expectations., • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks through to completion., • Effective team player—collaborative, communicative, and dependable., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills., • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications • Prior experience supporting a service, IT, or technical operations team., • Experience with service ticketing or CRM systems is a plus.
