Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Administrative Assistant that will provide a wide variety of secretarial, clerical, and computer functions in support of the Beginner ESL Program's administrative and academic activities, and daily operations. This is an hourly, part-time position. Example of Duties: • Assist in daily student intake and registration of students, • Communicate with students, staff, visitors, and members of the public via telephone, electronic media, and in person. Provide information regarding College programs, activities, and policies, • Coordinate student orientations, • Assist with BestPlus Testing, • Perform data entry and operate computer software programs in use at the college; produce correspondence, documents, and classroom materials.
