Renewal by Andersen of NJ is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative & Marketing Assistant to support our fast-paced Events and Retail (EVR) Department. This position plays a vital role in keeping our department organized, managing daily lead activity, and assisting with event and marketing operations. Primary Responsibilities:- Monitor and manage department leads, ensuring all leads are entered accurately and promptly into the company’s main system.- Perform various forms of Data Entry- Maintain lead accuracy and communication between field teams, management, and marketing platforms — this is the top priority of the role.- Assist the Director of EVR with ongoing projects, reporting, spreadsheets, and administrative needs.- Support event research and planning for fairs, festivals, and retail store partnerships.- Create and update spreadsheets and reports to track leads, event data, and performance metrics using Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
