Job DescriptionWe are hiring a dependable and caring Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist in Boonton, NJ with daily living needs during weekends. The ideal candidate will be experienced with personal care and committed to providing respectful, quality support. Schedule: • Saturdays and Sundays, • Morning shift: 8:00 AM11:00 AM, • Afternoon shift: 2:00 PM5:00 PM, • Total: 12 hours/week Responsibilities: • Assist with morning and evening routines: dressing, bathing, and feeding, • Daily laundering of bed linens, • Provide a calm, consistent, and supportive environment, • Accurately complete daily documentation using Therap Requirements: • Must be at least 18 years old, • High school diploma or GED, • Valid CPR and First Aid certification, • Clean background check and clearance to work with individuals with developmental disabilities, • Experience with personal care preferred, • Strong communication skills and ability to use Therap for note-taking, • Dependable, respectful, and attentive to individual care needs, • Must be available on weekends This is a meaningful opportunity to make a positive impact by supporting someones daily life and independence.
