What You'll Do as a Brand Ambassador: * Represent national clients inside major retail stores, engaging with customers face-to-face * Deliver personalized product presentations, promotions, and brand messaging * Build brand awareness and create a memorable experience for customers * Serve as the bridge between the customer, the retailer, and our client * Track customer interactions and provide feedback to management and clients * Collaborate with team members in daily morning meetings to improve strategy, share insights, and develop skills Who We're Looking For: We're seeking motivated, outgoing, and career-minded individuals who want to grow in the marketing and sales industry. Ideal candidates are team-oriented, have a student mentality, and thrive in a performance-based environment. Qualifications: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Comfortable working face-to-face with customers in a retail setting * Able to maintain professionalism and enthusiasm in a fast-paced environment * Previous customer service, sales, or retail experience is a plus (not required) * Must be 18+ years of age and authorized to work in the U.S. * High school diploma or equivalent required What We Offer: * Weekly pay: $800–$1,000 per week, with uncapped commission and bonus opportunities * W2 Employment (not 1099) * Opportunities for travel, networking, and advancement * Hands-on training and Mentorship through our Management Training Program * Team-building events, performance incentives, and a supportive company culture Location: This is an in-person role based in Roseville, CA, with travel to local retail partners in the greater Sacramento area.
