Job Description JB Construction, Inc. is looking for a Working Foreman who possesses the skill to efficiently lead a team and within the drywall/ electrician/plumbing/carpenter/tiling trades. Responsibilities: • Lead, supervise, and coordinate crews across residential, commercial, and small jobsites., • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies., • Coordinate project timelines, crew assignments, and equipment use with our Construction Superintendent and Project Managers., • Ensure that all Work completed is of the highest quality workmanship and maintain crew productivity., • Regularly communicate with the Construction Superintendent to ensure that all Work is being completed in accordance with project details., • Communicate effectively with Project Managers, Subcontractors, and team members., • Assist the Construction Superintendent in producing project documentation, including reports and safety checklists., • Train and mentor crew members on best practices, safety standards, and in different trades., • Produce daily reports., • Oversee the quality and usage of equipment, materials, and tools for crews., • Oversee jobsite cleanup and organization., • Familiarity with Outlook, • Ability to read, understand, and convey to others: plans, blueprints, specifications, and building codes., • Excellent ability to plan, organize, schedule, prioritize, and take direction., • Excellent reliability and timeliness., • Willingness to take direction, learn, and grow., • Strong proficiency in verbal and written communication (English required, Spanish is a plus)., • Understanding of use and maintenance of electrical and hydraulic systems is a plus., • Strong customer service skills., • Certification: OSHA 30, • Non-commercial Driver’s License (must be able to drive a pickup truck)., • (Preferred) 4+ years of experience as a construction foreman., • (Preferred) 1-3 years of experience working within electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and tiling trades., • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work on a consistent basis. Compensation will be determined based on the applicant’s qualifications. Job Type: Full-time Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • Dental insurance, • 8 hour shift
