Job Description We are looking for high-energy baristas who enjoy talking to people and educating customers. In this role, you’ll help explain products across multiple categories, including coffee and lifestyle products, through social media LIVE feeds and help viewers check out in real time. After meeting with you, we’ll identify which product categories you’re best suited for. What you’ll do: • Educate customers about coffee and other lifestyle products, • Explain ingredients, usage, and experience, • Answer questions during LIVE sessions Your role is to be helpful and engaging. When viewers are interested, we show them how to check out directly on LIVE. Training is provided so it feels natural. We Are Hiring for Two Presentation Styles • Face-in (on camera) Starting pay is $20/hour, with growth up to $50/hour based on communication skills, energy, and performance. Evaluations every 30 days.
