Job Description Role Overview: Pfister Energy is seeking a Solar Electrician to support operations and maintenance (O&M) of commercial and industrial solar PV systems, ensuring safe, reliable performance and maximum energy production across our Northeast and Mid-Atlantic portfolio. Core Responsibilities: • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on solar PV systems (rooftop, carport, ground‐mount), including visual inspections, torque checks, cleaning, and thermal imaging where applicable., • Troubleshoot, test, and repair electrical components (combiners, inverters, switchgear, communications, monitoring systems) using appropriate diagnostic tools (multimeter, insulation tester, I/V curve tracer, etc.), • Respond to service tickets and alarms, diagnose faults, execute repairs, and document findings with clear notes and photos in O&M reporting systems., • Verify work against single‐line diagrams, wiring schematics, and manufacturer documentation, ensuring compliance with NEC and local electrical codes., • Perform lockout/tagout, ground verification, and other safety procedures during energized and de‐energized work., • Support commissioning, performance testing, and acceptance checks for new or upgraded PV systems as needed., • Interface professionally with site personnel, customers, and internal teams, clearly communicating findings and recommendations. Required Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED., • Licensed electrician (Journeyman or equivalent) in New Jersey, OR strong electrical background with documented experience in PV systems and willingness to meet licensing requirements within a defined timeline., • 3+ years experience in electrical work, with at least 2 years focused on solar PV installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting (commercial/industrial strongly preferred)., • Solid understanding of AC and DC electrical theory, PV system architecture, and grid‐tied systems (inverters, transformers, protection devices, monitoring)., • Proven ability to interpret electrical plans, single‐line diagrams, and manufacturer manuals., • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for regular travel to regional sites., • Ability to work at heights, on rooftops, and in outdoor environments in varying weather conditions. Position Description: Soltage is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to take full ownership of a dedicated book of solar and storage assets across every stage of the asset management lifecycle, from onboarding during construction through the full course of operations. The Asset Manager is accountable for their portfolio of assets, ensuring that each project's revenue and expenses stay aligned with approved budgets, and serves as the first line of defense in spotting and managing the profitability of the assets. Handle any complaints or customer issues with the upmost professionalism and ensure the reputation of the brand and store stays pristine., • STORE METRICS & NEW CUSTOMER AQUISITION: Stay keenly aware at all times of the key performance indicators (KPI's) that are measured and prioritized by Crumbl and the management team. Ensure that these targets are all met/exceeded. These KPI's include average ticket times for each order, average time spent out-of-stock of any menu items, and several other metrics scored by customers within the Crumbl customer app., • TECHNOLOGICAL APTITUDE: Confidently be able to use email, chat applications (slack, etc), apple products (point of sale ipads), shared spreadsheet programs (mainly google sheets), and several applications. We expect all leaders to either be familiar with these common applications, or be well versed enough in similar tools to be able to quickly learn and deploy these and several other leadership tools., • CLEANLINESS & TIDINESS: Always maintain a clean, orderly, and safe environment. All leaders are responsible for ensuring the lobby as well as all stations and baking equipment, are clean, sanitary and orderly beyond company and state requirements at all times., • FACILITIES & EQUIPMENT: Helps monitor safe use and movement in and around the facility and equipment. Make immediate corrections to any staff using any equipment in any way that could be unsafe or lead to equipment damage. Communicate promptly to management to initiate repairs if needed.
