Overview: The Testing and Commissioning Specialist will support Lemartec data center projects from initial design through project closeout. This role is responsible for executing and coordinating all startup, commissioning, testing, and training activities to ensure systems operate according to design intent and client expectations. Qualifications: Work Experience and Education: • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college, • 5+ years of experience in testing and commissioning projects., • Experience in commissioning mechanical, electrical, and controls systems in mission-critical environments such as data centers., • Understanding of utility systems (water, fuel, steam), electrical distribution systems, PLCs, DCS platforms, and rotating equipment (e.g., boilers, turbines)., • Working knowledge of safety regulations, testing protocols, project schedules, and commissioning milestones., • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and system control narratives.
