Job Description RCP Management is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Onsite Assistant Property Manager to support operations at a large-scale community in West Windsor, NJ. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience across financial oversight, community operations, and resident relations—working closely with leadership while building strong connections with residents and board members. This full-time position offers a competitive starting salary of $50,000–$55,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes a 401(k) with employer match, medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, and short- and long-term disability coverage. Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 yearly Responsibilities: • Conduct property inspections as per the management contract in order to cite violations and monitor the appearance of the community, • Implement the policies of the association, • Prepare notice of meetings and agendas, as directed by the Manager, • Attend meetings of the Board of Directors as per the management contract; take minutes, • Assist the Manager in enforcing rules and regulations, • Cite violations and conduct follow-up to resolve problems, • Provide advice and recommendations to the Manager, • Assist the Manager in monitoring the work of all contractors to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, including: landscaping, maintenance and repairs, waste removal, snow removal, pool management, etc, • Review all work orders, • Assist with coverage when on-site team members are absent, • Respond to complaints, questions, concerns, and suggestions of all members of the association, • Initiate correspondence to keep members informed and ensure payment of all fees and dues, • Have a basic background in or understanding of accounting, finance, community law, association insurance, maintenance, and management, • Be able to maintain a high level of service in the face of pressure situations that require crisis management, • Be able to work with and establish a friendly and trusting relationship with the Board and the members of each association, • In-depth understanding of applicable laws, industry regulations, and best practices, • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated negotiation ability, • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a consistently professional demeanor About Company Since RCP opened its doors in 1974, our goal has always been to provide clients with the most responsive, efficient, and cost-effective property management services.
