Job Description We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Intern to join the team at Printfresh, a growing sleepwear and fashion brand. The ideal candidate has a natural curiosity about the intersection of social media, marketing trends, and creators, and sees the creator landscape as more than just a place to scroll, but as a real opportunity for brand storytelling. You'll thrive here if you're a creative person who's comfortable sharing ideas, receiving feedback, and adapting when things shift. This is a collaborative role on the influencer team, and it's a great fit for someone who does their best work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. About the job: • This role is open to currently enrolled students, or post-grads within 1-2 years after graduation, • Work will be performed on-site at our Philadelphia office Tuesdays through Thursdays, • Additional work on Mondays and Fridays may be an option for the right candidate, • This internship will last for three months, with the potential to extend to six months, • Starting pay is $12/hour What you'll do: • Learn about influencer marketing on a large scale, • Assist in communicating with our engaged influencer network, • Work collaboratively with the social and influencer team to brainstorm Influencer content plans and campaigns, • Contribute to the identification and outreach of new creators You'll love this role if: • You have a fascination with influencer marketing and its place in society, • You’re highly organized and intent on seeing every task through to completion, • You love to create and complete to-do lists, • You have a strong understanding of what makes a social media post successful, • You see influencers through an analytical lens, understanding why they’re influential, • Creative feedback is motivating to you, • You have an eye for design, strong visuals, and photography Key Responsibilities Influencer Discovery - 40% • Assist in discovering on-brand influencers and content creators, communicating with them about gifting, tracking, and updates, • Brainstorm paid content creation ideas and campaigns, • Monitor and organize influencer mentions and posts, reporting findings to the team Influencer Communication - 30% • Outreach creators about gifted opportunities, • Keep up with and respond to influencer DMs, • Engage with tagged influencer posts Daily Upkeep of Influencer Data - 30% • Assist in tracking campaign goals and results, • Ensure that paid influencers have received product, and track/organize submission of content, contracts, and invoices, • Interest in learning more about the influencer space and brand storytelling, • Fascination with and deep understanding of online culture, including the latest news, trends, and releases, • Working knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook), • General understanding of influencer marketing programs and their functions, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Willingness to learn and comfortable with exploring unfamiliar tasks, • Experience with influencer marketing platforms (like LTK or ShopMy) a plus
