Our client is seeking a highly skilled, team-oriented Associate Attorney to join its Elder Law and Trusts & Estates Practice Group in their Greenwich, CT office. This role is ideal for a mid- to senior-level attorney who will work closely with clients on sophisticated estate settlements in Connecticut and New York, as well as complex estate planning matters, including revocable and irrevocable trusts. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in estate planning and estate/trust administration. Exposure to probate litigation is a plus, though not required. You will provide strategic, compassionate guidance to clients navigating some of life’s most important financial and legal decisions while collaborating closely with senior attorneys.
