Job Description Overview Opportunity: Project Manager, Hotel Development HHM Hotels is a leading hotel management and investment company with a growing domestic portfolio. Our development and capital planning teams manage renovations from strategy through execution, guiding each project from a concept to a fully realized asset. You will oversee a slate of East Coast renovations and repositionings from concept through closeout, ensuring they’re delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with brand and operational goals. This is a Philadelphia-based, high-visibility role that demands technical strength, leadership on active job sites, and the ability to align multiple stakeholders. You’ll represent the project’s interests throughout the entire lifecycle, ensuring clarity, alignment, and accountability from start to finish. Your Growth Path Senior Project Manager – Director of Development Your Focus Project Leadership & Execution • Lead hotel renovation and capital improvement projects from planning through turnover, ensuring alignment with brand standards, operational needs, and ownership goals., • Direct daily project oversight including site meetings, punchlisting, coordination with contractors, and schedule monitoring., • Serve as the primary liaison between interior designers, architects, procurement agents, and ownership throughout the design and FF&E process., • Coordinate purchasing agent orders, shop drawings, material approvals, and logistics to ensure alignment with construction schedules., • Develop, manage, and reconcile project budgets in collaboration with internal stakeholders., • Build and maintain project schedules, identifying risks early and driving solutions to keep timelines intact., • Provide consistent updates to senior leadership, operations, asset management, and ownership groups., • Conduct regular site visits across the East Coast portfolio to oversee progress, ensure quality, and confirm adherence to drawings, specifications, and safety standards., • Uphold HHM’s sustainability practices throughout project execution where applicable. Your Background & Skills • 3+ years of experience managing construction projects, with direct responsibility for hotel renovations., • Proven track record managing full project lifecycles including design coordination, procurement oversight, scheduling, and GC management., • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience., • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, materials, estimating principles, budgeting, and ADA and building code compliance., • Experience working with developers, architecture/design firms, procurement teams, and construction companies.., • Ability to communicate with clarity and confidence, both in writing and verbally., • Advanced proficiency with Excel, project management software,and plan review tools. Responsibilities: • Perform and/or oversees mandated screenings and complete referrals and follow-up where applicable., • Manage and control acute and chronic illnesses., • Provide first aid for illness or injury to students and document nursing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment., • Manage student files to ensure compliance of required health records., • Establish health care plans for students with special health care needs and update them as needed., • Review and monitor student immunization status., • Makes appropriate referrals to up-date immunizations when indicated., • Provide health teaching and counseling when applicable., • Maintain comprehensive health records on each child and records of school nursing services., • Assist in interpreting the health needs of individual children to parents and teachers and assists families in utilizing community resources for improving the health of their children., • Administer medications and perform procedures according to physician orders and school’s policies and procedures., • Ensure physician orders for individual student medications and/or treatments comply with requirements for administration., • Inform teachers of health conditions of pupils which may affect behavior, appearance, or scholastic performance., • Travel to Universal Schools to support with needs and Professional Development Training as needed., • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications • Certified School Nurse or Licensed as RN or LPN., • Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) preferred., • CPR/AED certification., • Background/experience preferred in pediatric nursing, community health nursing, critical care nursing, medical-surgical nursing and/or emergency room nursing., • Knowledge of current Child Abuse Law., • Required Act 48 continuing education coursework for Nursing license. Knowledge of: • Principles and practices underlying professional nursing., • Principles and practices underlying the special field of school health., • Current trends in nursing and of literature in the fields of school health., • Organization and administration of other cooperating agencies., • State and local laws relating to health and social issues.
