Here’s why we stand out: Compensation & Benefits • Competitive Hourly Rate:$31–$42 per hour ($64,480–$87,360 annual base salary), • Overtime is authorized: with approval from the Supervisor., • Per diem: $55 per day and lodging will be provided for authorized out-of-town travel and service., • On-Call Compensation: $150 for scheduled on-call duties. Your Role as a HVAC Installer/Service Technician As a HVAC Installer/Service Technician you’ll lead the installation and maintenance of commercial HVAC systems, ensuring peak performance and client satisfaction. This dynamic role combines precision installation with service expertise, offering variety and impact. Your responsibilities include: Installation Duties: • Perform pipefitting, brazing, and soldering for seamless refrigerant piping connections., • Troubleshoot installation challenges to ensure system functionality., • Maintain accurate measurements and fittings for high-quality installations., • Collaborate with dispatchers, coordinators, and supervisors for seamless project execution., • Adhere to safety protocols, industry standards, and company guidelines., • Complete work orders and service reports accurately and promptly., • Conduct routine maintenance, repairs, and equipment changeouts on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems., • Service heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems, and ice machines., • Perform preventative maintenance and recommend repairs to minimize downtime., • Respond to emergency service requests with professionalism and urgency., • Provide facility condition assessments and recommend enhancements., • Company service van for maximum efficiency., • Company-issued iPad and iPhone for streamlined communication and documentation., • Hand Tools, Drills, and Sawzall, • Manometer and multimeter Required: • 2–5 years of proven experience in HVAC system installation and service., • EPA Certification., • High school diploma or GED., • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record., • Climb and descend ladders while carrying up to 30 lbs., • Lift up to 75 lbs. and maneuver in confined spaces (e.g., crawlspaces, attics)., • Flexibility to work overtime and travel across the state and neighboring states (with overnight stays) for training, meetings, or client-site visits., • Advanced proficiency in HVAC system installation and maintenance, including electrical and mechanical components., • Expertise in pipefitting, brazing, and soldering for refrigerant piping., • Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve installation and service issues., • Exceptional attention to detail for precise measurements and fittings., • Excellent communication and customer service skills for client interactions., • Strong time management and adaptability to diverse HVAC systems and technologies., • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
