Schedule: Full?time, 6?month contract (potential for extension) Key Responsibilities • Manage end?to?end Accounts Receivable processes including invoicing, cash application, reconciliations, and collections., • Monitor AR aging and proactively follow up on delinquent accounts to reduce DSO., • Resolve payment discrepancies, billing disputes, and chargebacks., • Prepare weekly and monthly AR reports and assist with month?end close activities., • Maintain accurate customer account records in the ERP system., • Partner cross?functionally with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service to troubleshoot customer issues., • Recommend and support AR process improvements and workflow enhancements., • Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards. Qualifications, • Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred., • 5+ years of AR or Credit/Collections experience required., • Strong knowledge of AR processes, account reconciliations, and cash application., • Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)., • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
