Streamline financial operations and implement best practices for accounting and billing processes. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in accounting and financial management, preferably within the construction industry. • Strong knowledge of construction billing processes, including AIA billing and retainage. • Familiarity with construction-related tax laws and regulations. • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and advanced Excel skills. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
